Have plant knowledge or are interested in gaining plant knowledge.

Possess excellent customer service, sales, and cashier knowledge.Are you a kind, enthusiastic go-getter who seeks a job with passion, purpose, and balance?

Enjoys working with plants, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.

Stamina for a fast-paced, dynamic workload

Enjoy a close-knit, small business environment

Be a master of goal alignment and time management

Possess effective written and verbal communication skills

Have a positive company culture that fosters creativity and learning.

Part Time Plant Shopkeepers can work from 8-20 hours a week. They must be available to work 4 weekend shifts per month.

Job Requirements:

•Retail cashier/POS experience

•Building relationships with customers

•Treating customers like guests at a party

•Finding opportunities to sell product

•Learning and understanding our product & plant selection

•Helping Customers find the perfect gift

•Upkeeping the store’s visual and cleaning standards

• Sales and communication skills

• Friendly, welcoming personality

• Comfortable with multi-tasking in fast moving environment

• Detail-oriented, Cleaning, organizing

• Merchandising, Receiving, pricing product
